Mkude is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") tool that uses artificial intelligence to help restaurants generate menu descriptions, social media posts, and customer review replies. Access is provided through a unique access code, delivered to your email after claiming a free trial or completing payment.
Mkude is a writing assistant, not a substitute for professional legal, marketing, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it, including for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with any applicable advertising or food-labelling regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Mkude account. By using Mkude, you confirm that you are using it for a legitimate business purpose related to operating or marketing a restaurant or food business.

Current pricing for each plan is displayed on mkude.com and may be updated from time to time. Prices shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or Kenyan Shillings (KES) are the amounts actually charged for local mobile money payments; USD prices are indicative for reference.
The free trial is limited to one claim per email address, per device, and per organisation domain (for business email addresses). We use technical measures, including device identifiers, to detect and prevent repeated free-trial claims. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in suspension of access.
Paid plans are billed in advance for a 30-day period and processed through AzamPay, covering local mobile money (AzamPesa, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa) and, where available, international payment methods. Plans do not renew automatically — at the end of your 30-day period, your access code expires and you may purchase a new code to continue.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in Section 5 below. If a payment fails to complete or is reversed after an access code has been issued, we reserve the right to deactivate the code.
Because access codes are issued immediately upon successful payment and writing tasks are consumed individually, we generally do not offer refunds once an access code has been used to generate content. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged but never received an access code, or experienced a verified technical failure that prevented you from using the service, contact support@mkude.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access codes used in violation of these Terms, without refund, where we determine in good faith that a violation has occurred.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment where applicable, you own the menu descriptions, social posts, and review replies generated for you through Mkude, and may use them freely in your business. Mkude does not claim ownership over content generated for your specific requests.
The Mkude name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of Lefking Enterprise (T) Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Because Mkude's outputs are generated using third-party AI models, similar or identical phrasing may occasionally be generated for different users making similar requests. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in connection with the service and any content generated through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lefking Enterprise (T) Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Mkude shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or reputation, arising from your use of generated content.
We aim to keep Mkude available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (including Cloudflare, Anthropic, Google, AzamPay, and Resend), and outages on their end may affect Mkude's availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using Mkude at any time by simply not renewing your access code; there is no formal cancellation process required since plans do not auto-renew. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to defraud the service, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, pricing, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Mkude after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active paid subscriptions will be communicated by email where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mkude shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
